The parent's profit is mainly other income. Standalone revenue from operations fell 68.7% to ₹40.61 crore while other income rose to ₹220.88 crore from ₹26.99 crore, and net profit rose to ₹166.79 crore from ₹34.26 crore, a margin of 63.78%. Tax was only 2.4% of profit before tax. The filing does not say what the other income is.
The board approved a second interim dividend for FY2026-27 of ₹7.50 a share of face value ₹1, with record date Friday, 23 October 2026 and payment on or before 13 November 2026, subject to applicable taxes. At about 40.7 crore shares (derived from profit and earnings per share) that is about ₹305 crore, about the same as the quarter's consolidated profit (derived).
Inference
360 ONE's quarterly profit is lower than a year ago even though the assets it manages are growing, because borrowing costs rose faster than revenue and the income growth came from other income.
The filing does not explain the other income or the borrowing, so how much of this quarter's income repeats is not known from it.
