Net profit grew much faster than total income. Total income rose 55.8% to ₹74.33 crore in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026, from ₹47.72 crore a year earlier. Net profit rose 908.1% to ₹3.69 crore, from ₹0.37 crore.

Revenue from operations was ₹74.32 crore, against ₹47.72 crore, and profit before tax was ₹4.98 crore, against ₹0.52 crore. Depreciation was ₹0.02 crore, down from ₹0.03 crore. The net profit margin was 4.97%, against 0.77% a year earlier, and basic EPS was ₹2.41, against ₹0.24. The statement says the EPS figures are not annualised.

Set against the half year ended 31 Mar 2026, total income of ₹168.64 crore and net profit of ₹7.53 crore were both larger. Total income fell 55.9% and net profit fell 50.9%, so net profit fell by less than total income. Other income was ₹0.01 crore, against ₹0.02 crore in that half year. The statement shows a single reportable segment and says the company has no holding, subsidiary, associate or joint venture relationship with any other company as at 30 Sep 2026. At the 4 Nov 2026 close of ₹1,336.85 a share, the market value was ₹2,047 crore.

    Inference

The statement is unaudited and covers the half year ended 30 Sep 2026. The Audit Committee reviewed it, and the Board approved it on 4 Nov 2026 at a meeting from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The statutory auditors' review report says nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe the statement contains a material misstatement.

The statement says that balances for trade receivables, trade payables, loans and advances, other current assets and liabilities are subject to confirmation and reconciliation, and that any adjustments will be accounted for when that is done. Total assets were ₹174.25 crore at 30 Sep 2026, against ₹125.32 crore at 31 Mar 2025, and shareholders' funds were ₹64.47 crore.

The filing does not give the reasons for the change in revenue or in net profit against either the half year ended 30 Sep 2025 or the half year ended 31 Mar 2026.
