Aditya Infotech (NSE: CPPLUS) said in a filing on 31 Oct 2026 that Avathon, Inc. and SparkCognition India Private Limited have withdrawn their request for arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce against the company, following mutual discussions between the parties. No arbitration proceedings in this regard remain pending against the company.

    What was withdrawn

The claimants had submitted the request for arbitration through their counsel. The company had informed the exchanges of it in an earlier intimation dated 8 Jul 2026. The dispute arose out of an agreement between the company and the claimants.

The claimants have now withdrawn the proceedings on the basis of mutual discussions between the parties. The company says the withdrawal does not have any material adverse impact on its financial, operational or other activities.

    Litigation and settlement disclosures

The disclosure form records litigation against key management personnel, the promoter or the ultimate person in control as Not Applicable, and settlement of proceedings as Not Applicable, so no settlement terms, compensation or penalty are reported.

The company is listed on the NSE and BSE and is in the trading sector, with a market value of ₹44,919 crore at the 30 Oct 2026 close. Its consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27 was ₹142.20 crore, up 332.5% year on year. The filing does not link the withdrawal to these results.

What the withdrawal means for Aditya Infotech's shareholders

The filing removes the pending ICC arbitration against the company and states that the withdrawal has no material adverse impact on its operations. The company has also said the disclosure will be hosted on its website.

The filing does not say what the dispute was about, what amount was involved, the date of withdrawal, or whether any payment or other terms were agreed as part of the mutual discussions.
