Aditya Vision Limited reported standalone total income of ₹589 crore and net profit of ₹18 crore for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026, in a filing dated 30 Oct 2026.

Net profit rose faster than total income. Net profit was ₹18 crore against ₹13 crore a year earlier, up 38.5%, while total income rose 28.0% to ₹589 crore. Profit before tax rose 41.2%, from ₹17 crore to ₹24 crore, and tax expense rose 50.0%, from ₹4 crore to ₹6 crore.

Other income was ₹2 crore in both the quarter and the same quarter a year before. It was 0.3% of total income this quarter and 8.3% of profit before tax of ₹24 crore. Finance costs of ₹10 crore were 1.7% of total income, and depreciation rose 30.0%, from ₹10 crore to ₹13 crore.

Against the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026, revenue from operations fell 50.9%, from ₹1,193 crore to ₹586 crore, and net profit fell 76.6%, from ₹77 crore to ₹18 crore. The company's note 5 says sales of its products are seasonal in nature and that the results are therefore not comparable.

For the half year ended 30 Sep 2026, revenue from operations was ₹1,779 crore against ₹1,398 crore, up 27.3%, and profit for the period was ₹96 crore against ₹68 crore, up 41.2%. Net cash from operating activities was ₹118 crore against ₹136 crore, down 13.2%. The year ended 31 Mar 2026 column shows an exceptional item, the impact of the New labour code, of ₹2 crore; the quarter and half year columns show none.

Inference

The balance sheet shows total assets of ₹1,533 crore at 30 Sep 2026 against ₹1,471 crore at 31 Mar 2026, and total equity of ₹768 crore against ₹689 crore. The cash flow statement shows dividends paid of ₹16 crore in the half year against ₹13 crore a year earlier, and net repayment of borrowings of ₹38 crore.

The auditor's limited review report says nothing has come to its attention that causes it to believe the statement has not complied with the Listing Regulations. Another auditor reviewed the results for the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026 and the corresponding quarter a year earlier, and audited the year ended 31 Mar 2026, each with an unmodified conclusion or opinion.

The filing does not say what reason lies behind the fall in revenue from the June quarter, or whether a dividend has been declared for the period.
