Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 9 Oct 2026 that ran from 4:09 PM to 4:50 PM, approved the unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations for the September quarter was ₹343.99 crore, up 16% from ₹297.37 crore a year earlier and up from ₹321.99 crore in the June 2026 quarter.
Consolidated net profit was ₹89.26 crore, down 11% from ₹99.80 crore a year earlier, against ₹163.01 crore in the June quarter, which included other income of ₹110.28 crore. Employee benefit expenses rose to ₹187.56 crore from ₹124.92 crore. For the half year, revenue was ₹665.97 crore against ₹571.38 crore and net profit was ₹252.27 crore against ₹193.81 crore.
The board declared an interim dividend of ₹4.00 a share, 80% of the ₹5 face value, with a record date of 15 Oct 2026, to be paid within 30 days. The auditors’ limited review report was filed with the results.
Inference
Revenue grew, but profit fell because costs, especially employee benefits, rose faster. The June quarter’s profit was lifted by a large other income item, which makes the comparison with it uneven.
The filing does not explain the rise in employee costs in the part reviewed here.
