Standalone figures track the consolidated ones closely. Revenue from operations fell 44.7% to ₹144.65 crore, the same as the consolidated figure, while other income rose 51.3% to ₹2.23 crore. Net profit fell 44.6% to ₹24.77 crore, and profit before tax fell 44.7% to ₹33.23 crore.
The consolidated net profit of ₹24.81 crore is ₹0.04 crore higher than the standalone figure. The consolidated statement adds four subsidiaries (Arkade Paradigm, Arkade Realty, Filmistan Private Limited and Assist 360 Facility Management Private Limited) and two associates (Atul & Arkade Realty and Bhoomi & Arkade Associates), and the company operates in one segment, real estate development.
The notes say that earlier periods' eligible employee costs were charged to the statement of profit and loss instead of inventory, that the company judged the effect in those periods not material, and that comparatives have not been adjusted retrospectively.
Inference
The auditor's standalone review report says nothing has come to its attention that the statement has not disclosed the information required by the Listing Regulations or contains a material misstatement.
The board approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, and the company says disclosures on it will be submitted after incorporation. The board also approved Maria S John as interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 1 Dec 2026, during the maternity leave of Sheetal Solani from 30 Nov 2026.
The filing does not give the reason for the exceptional item of ₹182.17 crore, labelled diminution in value of investment in the standalone statement and tenancy rights in the consolidated one, shown in the year ended 31 Mar 2026 column. It also does not say what the new subsidiary will do or how it will be funded.
