The filing states that the statement was approved by the Board on 31 Oct 2026 and that the Audit Committee reviewed it the same day. Paid-up equity share capital is ₹15.38 crore with face value ₹2 per share. The company was formerly known as Atlanta Electricals Private Limited.
The filing does not give the reason for the fall in consolidated net profit from the previous quarter, the reason for the rise in standalone finance costs, or the nature of the ₹1.24 crore exceptional items in the year-earlier half. A reader would also want to know whether a dividend will be declared; the results filing does not state one.
