Standalone net profit rose 11.0% to ₹153.27 crore from ₹138.03 crore, more slowly than total income, which rose 12.2% to ₹1,433.33 crore from ₹1,277.04 crore. Against the June quarter, total income rose 6.0% and net profit rose 2.9% from ₹148.92 crore.
Other income was ₹27.43 crore, up 20.6% from ₹22.74 crore, and 1.9% of total income; revenue from operations was ₹1,405.90 crore, up 12.1% from ₹1,254.30 crore. Standalone other income includes dividend income from subsidiaries, which the filing gives as ₹93.91 crore for the nine months to 30 Sep 2026.
Finance costs were ₹0.89 crore, up 39.1% from ₹0.64 crore, and depreciation was ₹41.31 crore, up 9.7% from ₹37.67 crore. Tax expense rose 14.6% to ₹52.10 crore. Basic EPS was ₹4.04, up 11.0% from ₹3.64.
The board approved the results on 22 Oct 2026, and BSR & Co. LLP's limited review reports say nothing has come to their attention that suggests a material misstatement. For the consolidated figures, the auditors did not review six subsidiaries and relied on another auditor's report; the auditors say their conclusion is not modified on this point. The board has filed a Scheme of Amalgamation with the NCLT to merge its wholly owned subsidiary CIE Aluminium Casting India Limited into the company, subject to the NCLT and other approvals. The board had recommended a final dividend of ₹7.00 per share for the year ended 31 Dec 2025, which was paid in the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
Inference
Share capital is ₹379.36 crore in every period shown. The filing prints other equity of ₹5,308.43 crore standalone and ₹7,079.78 crore consolidated without giving the date of those balances. Basic EPS for the quarter is ₹6.43 consolidated and ₹4.04 standalone, not annualised.
If the Scheme of Amalgamation with CIE Aluminium Casting India Limited is approved, a wholly owned subsidiary would be merged into the company. The filing gives no timeline for the approvals and no effect on the share count.
The filing does not say why consolidated other income rose or why finance costs fell from the June quarter, does not give the effective tax rate, and does not say whether a dividend will be declared for the current quarter.
