Inference
The filing says the Board approved the results on 31 Oct 2026 and that the statutory auditors, B S R & Co. LLP, issued an unmodified review conclusion on both sets of results. The AGM of 10 Aug 2026 approved a dividend of ₹20 per share and a special dividend of ₹7.50 per share, totalling ₹27.50 per share for FY26, and the notes say it was paid in the period.
The filing says the company will continue to monitor the New Labour Codes and give accounting effect to further developments as required. It does not say what financial effect those developments will have on later quarters, nor whether any further dividend will be declared.
