Inference
The filing says the standalone dividend paid in the half year ended 30 Sep 2026 was ₹5.25 crore. The results were reviewed by BSR & Co. LLP with unmodified conclusions for both standalone and consolidated statements, and the consolidated review notes an unreviewed subsidiary with a net loss of ₹10.28 lakh for the quarter, which management describes as not material.
The filing does not explain the swing from a year-ago loss to a profit in the current quarter, nor the basis of the year-ago consolidated EPS.
