Diamond Power Infrastructure Appoints Kundip Thakker as CFO From 20 October

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 19 Oct 2026 from 5:10 p.m. to 5:25 p.m., approved the appointment of Mr. Kundip S. Thakker as Chief Financial Officer and key managerial personnel from 20 Oct 2026. The board also noted that Mr. Pawan Lohiya ceases to be CFO from the close of business on 19 Oct 2026 and approved his re-designation as Deputy Chief Financial Officer from 20 Oct 2026.
Mr. Thakker is a full-time employee with no fixed term. The company describes him as a finance professional with over 26 years of experience in financial management, treasury and fundraising. He was most recently CFO of Stelmec Limited, where he handled fundraising and IPO preparedness including a private equity raise of ₹175 crore in 2024. Before that he spent about ten years at Blue Star Limited as head of treasury and shared services, and earlier worked at Black Box, ABB, Reliance Industries and Navneet Education. He is a cost and management accountant with an MBA in finance.
