The consolidated limited review draws attention to an advance of ₹18.61 crore received by subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited that has remained outstanding for a prolonged period. Against it, the subsidiary has recognised work-in-progress and current assets of ₹9.23 crore as at 30 Sep 2026. Minutes of a meeting between the subsidiary and the customer, setting out terms for settlement and adjustment of the advance, were approved by the respective parties, and the auditor's conclusion is not modified on this matter.

The notes say unutilised IPO proceeds of ₹44.45 crore are held in the current accounts of the SPVs of the holding company, and that a material uncertainty exists in respect of the recoverability of WIP as at 30 Sep 2026. Two wholly owned subsidiaries, Varanasi DDU Nagar STP Private Limited and Varanasi Lohta DDU Nagar STP Private Limited, were incorporated on 16 Jun 2026, and Wind Earth Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary through Suyog Urja Limited, on 19 Aug 2026.

    Inference

The consolidated cash flow statement for the half year shows net cash used in operating activities of ₹96.89 crore, net cash used in investing activities of ₹130.69 crore and net cash from financing activities of ₹242.70 crore.

Six joint operations are included in the statement, and the filing describes them as not material to the company. A separate exchange filing dated 5 Nov 2026 reports the resignation of the statutory auditor and a change of auditors; this article does not cover that filing.

The filing does not say why consolidated net profit fell year on year or why finance costs rose, and the notes do not state how the uncertainty over WIP recoverability will be resolved.
