Inference
The company invested ₹5.31 crore in non-cumulative optionally convertible debentures of Power Producer during the quarter, under a share subscription agreement signed in FY 2025-26. Power Producer is developing a 19.80 MW wind solar hybrid power plant in Gujarat, and under an Energy Supply Agreement the company will purchase a minimum 51% of its power for 25 years. The filing does not say when the plant will start supplying power or whether further funding will be needed.
The company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Epigral Advanced Materials Limited, on 7 Jul 2026 to manufacture chemicals, with an investment of ₹0.01 crore in its equity. The filing reports dividends paid of ₹21.56 crore in the half year, but does not state the dividend declared for the current period or its record date.
