    Inference

The statutory auditor issued a limited review report on both sets of results, and its conclusion is not modified. The board approved both on 04 Nov 2026. The auditor did not review three subsidiaries, whose total assets are ₹162.58 crore at 30 Sep 2026 and whose half-year total revenues are ₹7.25 crore; other auditors reviewed them.

The filing gives no reason for the rise in standalone other current assets or for the rise in finance costs. Balances under trade payables, loans and advances and other current liabilities are subject to confirmation and reconciliation, and any adjustments will be accounted for when that is done.
