On 6 Aug 2026 the company allotted 2,380,952 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at ₹840 a share under a Qualified Institutional Placement. The issue aggregated ₹200.00 crore, or ₹189.92 crore net of issue expenses. Of the net proceeds, ₹155.00 crore was used to repay non-current borrowings up to 30 Sep 2026, and ₹34.92 crore remains invested in mutual funds.
The company also allotted 12,373 equity shares on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2021. After the allotment, equity share capital stands at 29,080,341 equity shares of ₹10 each.
Inference
The filing states that the Qualified Institutional Placement was completed in August 2026 for ₹200.00 crore gross, that ₹155.00 crore of the net proceeds has repaid non-current borrowings, and that ₹34.92 crore remains invested in mutual funds.
The auditor's review found nothing to suggest a material misstatement in either set of results. The filing gives no reason for the fall in net profit or for the rise in trade receivables, so the cause of either is not known from this filing.
