GMR Power and Urban Infra sets up renewable energy subsidiary GAPREL-II

GMR Power and Urban Infra (NSE: GMRP&UI) said in a filing on 05 Nov 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary GMR Energy Limited has incorporated GMR Andhra Pradesh Renewable Energy-II Limited (GAPREL-II) as its own wholly owned subsidiary.
