Inference
The board approved an additional solar power project of 14 MWp at a total capital outlay of ₹38 crore plus applicable taxes, to be added within 12 months and financed through internal accruals. The filing lists energy reliability and sustainability (ESG) goals and power cost saving as the rationale. The company's existing solar capacity is 28.79 MWp, at 100% utilization.
The board also noted that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee granted 8,47,800 stock options under the Gokul-Employee Stock Option Plan 2025 at an exercise price of ₹50 per option.
The filing does not say why inventories or trade credits from banks and financial institutions rose over the half year, and it does not state a dividend, the effective tax rate or the reason for the change in the share of associates' profit.
