The company operates in one reportable segment, healthcare services in India. The statutory auditors, S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, conducted a limited review and issued an unmodified conclusion. The filing does not state the reason for the change in revenue or profit against the year-earlier quarter, and it does not say whether the tax expense includes adjustments for earlier years in the current quarter.
