Revenue went from a few lakh rupees to ₹244.78 crore in one quarter, and the quarter made a loss. Revenue from operations was ₹244.78 crore against ₹7.13 lakh a year earlier and ₹7.65 lakh in June, and revenue for all of FY26 was ₹25.08 lakh, so the quarter is about 1,000 times last year's total. VRSK & Associates, the statutory auditors, concluded that nothing came to their attention except that interest on a loan taken is not provided, and the report also carries an emphasis of matter. Interest not provided means the loss is understated by an amount the filing does not give.

For H1 FY27 revenue from operations is ₹244.86 crore against ₹14.84 lakh, and the loss ₹4.63 lakh against a loss of ₹0.55 lakh. For FY26 revenue was ₹25.08 lakh and profit ₹8.04 lakh. Earnings per share round to nil at two decimal places. The board meeting that approved the results ran from 4:10 PM to 4:40 PM on 10 October 2026.

Inference

Grand Oak's revenue has increased about a thousand-fold in one quarter, but it earned no margin on it and made a small loss.
