Graphite India (NSE: GRAPHITE) subscribed to its entitlement in a rights issue of Godi India Private Limited for ₹5.87 crore in cash, it said in a filing on 23 Oct 2026. The associate's stake held by the company rose from 45.76% to 52.68%.
