Inference
The auditors' limited review of both the standalone and consolidated results reports an unmodified conclusion, and the statement notes that previous-period figures have been regrouped and restated where necessary to make them comparable. The filing describes Solar-EPC and O&M revenue of ₹11.92 crore in the quarter against ₹36.35 crore in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026, a movement the filing does not explain.
The filing does not state the reason for the fall in standalone other income or for the rise in consolidated finance costs, and it contains no dividend declaration.
