HCLTech declares a ₹12 per share interim dividend with a record date of 16 Oct

HCL Technologies Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 12 Oct 2026 that ran from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share of ₹2 face value for the financial year 2026-27. The board took this decision at the same meeting at which it approved the results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026.
The record date for the dividend is 16 Oct 2026, and the payment date is 26 Oct 2026. The results statement shows interim dividends of ₹12 per share for the September 2025 quarter and ₹24 per share for the June 2026 quarter.
