ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited has told the exchanges that its board, at a meeting on 12 Oct 2026 that ran from 3:00 PM to 5:05 PM, approved the declaration and payment of an interim dividend of ₹30 per equity share. The share has a face value of ₹1, so the dividend is 3,000% of face value. The board took this decision at the same meeting at which it approved the results for the quarter and half year ended 30 Sep 2026.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names are in the register of members or in the depositories’ records as beneficial owners on 21 Oct 2026, the record date fixed for it.
