Tanfac Industries Limited has told the exchanges that on 16 Oct 2026 ICRA reaffirmed its [ICRA]A+ (Stable) rating on fund-based working capital limits of ₹50 crore, reaffirmed [ICRA]A1+ on non-fund-based limits of ₹105 crore, and reaffirmed and assigned [ICRA]A+ (Stable) to term loans of ₹70 crore. The total rated amount rises to ₹225 crore from ₹195 crore, because the unallocated limits of ₹40 crore were replaced by the new term loan.
ICRA cites the company's long track record in fluorochemicals, a healthy financial risk profile and improved operating performance. Demand for hydrofluoric acid and downstream products such as solar-grade DHF has lifted profitability, FY26 earnings were strong on higher volumes and realisations, and the capital structure is strong, with the company net debt-free. ICRA also notes the operational linkage with Anupam Rasayan India Limited, a joint sector partner.
