The filing reports a final dividend payment of ₹29.71 crore in the half year, against ₹39.61 crore in the prior year half year, and states that the Labour Codes added past service costs of ₹8.82 crore for gratuity and ₹78.78 lakh for compensated absences in FY26. The Bhilad insurance claim is not yet final: the insurer has approved an interim payment of ₹14.99 crore, and the filing does not quantify the business interruption losses it says are covered. The filing does not say when the final claim will be settled or how much it will be, and the reason for the quarter's rise in revenue and profit is not stated.
