Inference
The Board approved the unaudited results on 23 Oct 2026. Joint statutory auditors Chokshi & Chokshi LLP and Borkar & Muzumdar issued limited review reports with an unmodified conclusion; the consolidated and standalone Pillar 3 disclosures were not covered by that review.
As at 30 Sep 2026, the consolidated capital adequacy ratio under Basel III was 16.59% and the CET 1 ratio 15.55%; gross NPA was 2.13% and net NPA 0.83%. The filing also says the Bank transferred ₹868.24 crore from the Investment Fluctuation Reserve to the accumulated balance in the profit and loss account in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026.
The Bank allotted 11,960 shares in the quarter and 38,620 in the half year on exercise of employee stock options. The filing gives no reason for the move from a loss a year earlier to a profit this quarter.
