IRFC’s September-quarter profit rises 10% to ₹1,958 crore; board declares a ₹1.15 interim dividend

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has reported unaudited standalone results for the second quarter and half year of FY2026-27. Profit after tax for the September quarter was ₹1,958.48 crore, up 10.21% from ₹1,776.98 crore a year earlier. For the half year, profit after tax was ₹3,885.69 crore, up 10.31% from ₹3,522.67 crore, which the company calls the highest profit for any half year.
Total income for the half year was ₹16,315.80 crore against ₹13,290.15 crore a year earlier, a rise of 22.77%. Net worth stood at ₹60,573.35 crore on 30 Sep 2026 against ₹56,748.76 crore on 31 Mar 2026.
