Consolidated net profit rose 55.9% to ₹18.57 crore, while total income rose 3.8% to ₹595.38 crore. Revenue from operations grew 3.8% to ₹594.88 crore, and other income was ₹0.50 crore, 0.1% of total income. The year-earlier quarter's other income was ₹0.36 crore, so the gap in other income is small in both periods.

Set against the previous quarter, the picture differs. Other income was ₹18.24 crore in the quarter ended 30 Jun 2026 and fell to ₹0.50 crore, and net profit fell 42.7% from ₹32.41 crore. The filing says the gain or loss on the 30 Jun 2026 disposal of a stake in EV Volt Pvt Ltd is recognised under Other Income, but it does not state the amount of that gain.

Finance costs were ₹10.24 crore, 1.7% of total income, down 6.6% from a year earlier and up 27.9% from the previous quarter. Tax expense was ₹5.77 crore, 23.7% of profit before tax of ₹24.35 crore.

Standalone total income rose 12.0% to ₹617.62 crore, with revenue from operations up 12.6% to ₹617.20 crore. Other income fell 86.7% to ₹0.41 crore from ₹3.11 crore a year earlier.

Net profit rose 9.7% to ₹16.96 crore, slower than profit before tax, which rose 15.0% to ₹22.89 crore. Tax expense was ₹5.92 crore, 25.9% of profit before tax, up 33.3% from a year earlier. Standalone finance costs were ₹9.52 crore, 1.5% of total income.

Consolidated net profit of ₹18.57 crore is ₹1.61 crore higher than standalone net profit of ₹16.96 crore. Consolidated total income is ₹22.24 crore lower than standalone total income of ₹617.62 crore, so the two natures show different income and profit levels this quarter.

The auditors' limited review report is not modified. It states that the review of four divisions and subsidiaries relied on the reports of other auditors.

    Inference
