Capacity commissioned on 12 and 16 Oct 2026
On 12 Oct 2026 the company said it had fully commissioned its 150 MW wind-solar hybrid power project under a power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, with the final 5 MW wind turbine commissioned at the project site that day. Officials of Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited witnessed and confirmed the commissioning, and a formal certificate is expected shortly. On 16 Oct 2026 subsidiary Juniper Green Stellar Private Limited commissioned 65.40 MW of wind power capacity forming part of its 200 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy project. Capacity under that project now stands at 434.35 MWp and about 201 MWh BESS, out of a planned 550.6 MWp and about 201 MWh BESS. Aggregate operational capacity was then about 2,811 MWp and 603 MWh BESS.
What the new subsidiaries mean for Juniper Green shareholders
