Figures are in ₹ crore; YoY compares with Q2 FY26 and QoQ with Q1 FY27. Click Total income or Net profit to see the rows behind them.
Consolidated total income grew faster than net profit this quarter. Revenue from operations rose 16.0% YoY to ₹456.50 crore, while other income fell 6.5% to ₹10.54 crore. Net profit fell 1.9% to ₹56.36 crore over the same period, while profit before tax rose 1.2% to ₹75.08 crore.
The gap between profit before tax and net profit is the tax line: tax expense rose 11.8% to ₹18.73 crore, which is 24.9% of profit before tax. The filing sets out the figures but does not give a reason for the change in the tax charge.
Finance costs of ₹13.83 crore are 3.0% of total income. The year-ago quarter's finance costs and depreciation could not be reliably matched in the statement, so no year-on-year comparison is given for those lines.
Against the previous quarter, net profit rose 50.2% to ₹56.36 crore on total income up 10.8%. The quarter-on-quarter comparison is the larger of the two moves; the year-on-year figures are close to flat on profit.

Standalone net profit fell 5.8% YoY to ₹51.45 crore, more than profit before tax, which fell 2.8% to ₹68.51 crore. Tax expense rose 7.4% to ₹17.05 crore, equal to 24.9% of profit before tax.
Depreciation fell 52.9% YoY to ₹23.46 crore, from ₹49.78 crore a year earlier. The filing does not explain the change, and the year-ago figure is the base against which the decline is measured.
Other income fell 39.1% to ₹6.89 crore and is 1.9% of total income. Standalone revenue from operations rose 15.4% YoY to ₹364.60 crore.
Consolidated net profit of ₹56.36 crore is ₹4.91 crore higher than standalone net profit of ₹51.45 crore, and consolidated total income is ₹95.55 crore higher than standalone total income.
The filing also reports a ₹150 crore land purchase for a site at Bibvewadi, Pune, on which the company's South Pune hospital project is under development. The land was previously held under a lease arrangement. The company says the acquisition is not a related party transaction.
The filing reports a share sub-division of each ₹10 equity share into five ₹2 shares, with record date 24 Jul 2026. The EPS figures are stated after that sub-division. Standalone and consolidated results include exceptional gratuity charges of ₹43.89 million and ₹48.87 million respectively, recognised for the year ended 31 Mar 2026 under the New Labour Codes. Auditors issued unmodified limited review reports on both sets of results.
Inference
The board approved incorporation of Holitti Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary for healthcare services, with paid-up capital of ₹1 lakh. The company says the subsidiary will be incorporated, and it is not stated when that will happen or how it will be funded beyond the initial capital.
The ₹150 crore land consideration is set against a company whose consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹56.36 crore. The filing does not state the payment schedule or the funding source for the purchase.
The timing of that sanction is not stated, and the effect of the merger on the figures is not known.
