Net profit of ₹5.70 crore is well below the ₹146.66 crore of the June quarter, although total income was down 62.5% from that quarter. Net profit fell 96.1% quarter on quarter, more than income did. Profit before tax was ₹8.98 crore and tax expense ₹3.28 crore, a tax charge equal to 36.5% of profit before tax. Net profit attributable to owners is ₹5.25 crore, after non-controlling interests.

The filing does not give the reason for the year-ago consolidated loss of ₹11.14 crore, or the reason revenue from operations rose so sharply.

Standalone profit before tax of ₹21.11 crore came after finance costs of ₹3.26 crore, and the statement shows no exceptional item. Tax expense was ₹6.42 crore, 30.4% of profit before tax.

For the six months ended 30 Sep 2026, standalone total income was ₹1,256.67 crore and net profit ₹173.66 crore, with EPS of ₹19.58. Consolidated total income for the six months was ₹1,288.13 crore and net profit attributable to owners ₹151.51 crore.

The company's listed secured NCDs outstanding total ₹341.13 crore in principal across four ISINs, with security cover between 1.04 and 1.86 times.

    Inference

The filing reports that the company fully redeemed two NCD issues in the previous quarter, Marubeni Corporation's ₹110.90 crore listed NCDs and India Realty Excellence IV's ₹140.00 crore unlisted NCDs, with redemption premium paid. Four listed secured NCD ISINs remain outstanding at ₹341.13 crore.

The filing says the board approved a draft Scheme of Amalgamation on 22 May 2026 for merging two wholly owned subsidiaries into the company, with an appointed date of 1 Apr 2026, subject to NCLT Mumbai approval, member approval and creditor consent. It does not give a timeline for the NCLT approval. A reader would want to know when the scheme is expected to take effect, and the filing does not say.

The filing does not state a dividend or the share count, so no payout can be worked out from it.
