Income grew much faster than the year-ago quarter's base, but profit grew more slowly. Total income rose 85.2% YoY to ₹1,325.20 crore, while net profit rose 62.1% to ₹47.95 crore, so the net profit margin fell from 4.13% to 3.62%.

Other income is a small part of the result: ₹5.55 crore is 0.4% of total income and 8.7% of profit before tax of ₹63.86 crore. Most of the profit therefore comes from operating revenue, which the filing reports as ₹1,319.65 crore.

Finance costs rose 140.2% YoY to ₹22.25 crore, faster than revenue. Finance costs equal 1.7% of total income this quarter. The filing does not explain the rise in finance costs.

Tax expense of ₹15.90 crore is 24.9% of profit before tax of ₹63.86 crore. Against the year-ago quarter, tax rose 129.0% while profit before tax rose 74.8%.

Against the June quarter, total income rose 13.0% and net profit rose 13.6%, so profit grew slightly faster than income over the sequential period.

KSH International is a winding wires maker. The filing says the company operates in a single business segment of winding wires made primarily of copper and aluminium. Its shares were listed on BSE and NSE on 23 Dec 2025 after an IPO that included a fresh issue of ₹420 crore and an offer for sale of ₹206.35 crore by promoter selling shareholders.

During the quarter the company started copper rod production at a new in-house upcast facility at Chakan, effective 4 Aug 2026. It also received a Consent to Operate from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board on 9 Sep 2026 for its Supa facility, with approved capacity of 28,800 MTPA for specialised and standard magnet winding wires.

The company says a misappropriation of goods with an invoice value of ₹10.75 million, excluding GST, is not material. The insurance claim was still under assessment on the date of approval, and the court released part of the material for interim custody by an order dated 12 Oct 2026.

    Inference

The filing reports that the Board approved the results on 4 Nov 2026 and that the statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review report. It reports total equity of ₹8,988.56 million as at 30 Sep 2026 and other equity of ₹8,649.78 million, up from ₹7,742.23 million at 31 Mar 2026.

The filing does not state the use of the IPO proceeds, the reason for the rise in revenue and finance costs, the financial impact of the misappropriation beyond calling it not material, or the outcome of the insurance claim.
