Kwality Wall's (India) (NSE: KWIL) has approved the appointment of Tahir Toloy Tanridagli as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for three years from 1 Nov 2026, it said in a filing on 30 Oct 2026. The appointment is subject to shareholder and statutory approvals.
The appointment and the change in senior management
The Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Tahir Toloy Tanridagli as MD and CEO for three consecutive years, from 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Oct 2029. He currently serves on the company's Board and is based in India.
