    Inference

The filing says the Board approved a corporate guarantee of up to ₹117 crore for a term loan of MCFL Energy Projects Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary set up on 19 Jan 2026 for a 35 MW solar project in Madhya Pradesh. The company says the guarantee will be a contingent liability and that there is presently no impact of it on the company.

The auditor, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, issued a limited review report with no modification. The filing does not state how the solar project will be funded beyond the guarantee amount, or whether a dividend will be declared; the standalone other equity stood at ₹862.5 crore as at 30 Sep 2026.
