NBCC Gets Ashutosh Gautam of RVNL as Director (Projects) Until April 2029

NBCC (India) Limited has told the exchanges that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, in an office order dated 19 Oct 2026, approved the appointment of Shri Ashutosh Gautam, Executive Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, as Director (Projects) of NBCC. He took charge on 19 Oct 2026.
The appointment runs from the date he assumed charge until his superannuation on 30 Apr 2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He has affirmed that he is not debarred from holding office as a director by any SEBI order or any other authority.
