Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited has told the exchanges of the sudden death of Mr. Roger William John Davis, a non-executive director, on 17 Oct 2026. The company received the intimation from his office on 19 Oct 2026.
As a result, Mr. Davis ceased to be a member of the board's Risk Management Committee from the same date. The company said he contributed to its strategic direction, growth and governance, and the board, management and employees extended condolences to his family.
