Omaxe Limited has told the exchanges that it received a RERA registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for its project 'Commercial and Service Apartment at Eternity-2' at Omaxe Eternity-2, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, under registration number UPRERAPRJ988231/10/2026. The project's launch date is 17 Oct 2026, and it is a commercial project for the domestic market.
The approval is subject to standard conditions and is valid until 1 Apr 2031 unless extended. The company says the registration lets it sell, transfer or advertise the project, and expects it to strengthen its brand and improve its financial performance.
