The company listed its equity shares on NSE and BSE on 5 Mar 2026 after its IPO in the previous year. The notes say ₹185.15 crore of the net fresh-issue proceeds had been utilised by 30 Sep 2026 and ₹208.09 crore was unutilised; the unutilised amount is temporarily invested in deposits with scheduled commercial banks. The statement of deviation reports no deviation or variation, with Crisil Ratings Limited as the monitoring agency.

Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP issued limited review reports with an unmodified opinion on both sets of results. The comparative figures for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2025 were not subjected to audit or review, and the notes say no options have been vested or granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2025.

The filing does not give the reasons for the rise in revenue or for the change in depreciation beyond the method change itself, nor the timing of the remaining IPO proceeds beyond the phased project schedule it refers to.
