Profit more than doubled on a quarter more revenue, because costs below the gross margin barely moved. Revenue from operations rose 25.2% to ₹879.34 crore and profit before tax 123.7% to ₹36.47 crore, while depreciation (₹19.26 crore, +0.8%) and finance costs (₹4.98 crore, −1.0%) were flat. About 11% of the ₹176.7 crore of extra revenue reached profit before tax (derived), and the net margin rose to 3.06% from 1.71%. The filing does not say which costs or prices explain the rest.
