The balance sheet at 30 Sep 2026 shows inventories of ₹42.90 crore. The company bought gold bars during FY 2025-26 and made no sales of gold in the period.
The auditors' limited review report, dated 4 Nov 2026, found nothing to suggest the statement contains a material misstatement. Their other matters say the company has generally been irregular in depositing statutory dues by the prescribed due dates, and that it provided loans and advances of ₹19.67 crore during the year without external balance confirmations, so they cannot determine completeness and recoverability. Warrants converted into equity shares effective 20 May 2025 increased the equity share capital during the year.
