PI Industries Incorporates PI Foundation as a Wholly Owned CSR Subsidiary in Udaipur

PI Industries Limited has told the exchanges that PI Foundation was incorporated on 19 Oct 2026 as its wholly owned subsidiary under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the certificate of incorporation the same day, following the board's approval on 11 Aug 2026.
PI Foundation is a not-for-profit company set up to carry out corporate social responsibility activities under Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Act. It is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. The company and its subsidiaries hold 100% of it, through an initial cash subscription of ₹1,00,000.
