Piramal Finance Limited, formerly Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, has told the exchanges that its board approved on 19 Oct 2026 a change of registrar and share transfer agent for its listed equity shares to KFin Technologies Limited from MUFG Intime Private Limited. The board met from 2:00 p.m. to 3:25 p.m.

The company says KFin has a technologically advanced infrastructure to provide quick, quality service, the capacity to handle share registry work and a wider reach to shareholders. The effective date will be announced after the necessary procedures and documentation, and MUFG remains the agent until data transition, shifting of electronic connectivity and confirmation from NSDL and CDSL are complete. MUFG continues as registrar for the company's debt securities and commercial papers.
