Standalone finance costs of ₹4.00 crore are 0.8% of total income, and tax expense of ₹31.05 crore is 25.2% of profit before tax of ₹123.08 crore. Consolidated net profit of ₹95.13 crore is ₹3.10 crore above standalone net profit of ₹92.03 crore.

Poly Medicure is a medical devices company. Its latest quarter before this one, Q1 FY27, reported consolidated net profit of ₹85.27 crore, so the quarter ended 30 Sep 2026 shows net profit up 11.6% on that base.

The statutory auditors issued an unmodified review report on both sets of results. The company says Himalayan Mineral Waters Private Limited was consolidated effective 1 Apr 2026.

    Inference

The filing states that the cash flow statement for the half year shows dividend paid, including unclaimed dividend transferred, of ₹32.29 crore. It does not say whether a dividend has been declared for the quarter.

The filing does not state the amount of the earn-out consideration or the milestone terms, and it does not give a reason for the rise in consolidated finance costs against the year-ago quarter.
