Prudent Corporate Advisory Services (NSE: PRUDENT) has approved an investment of up to ₹6.53 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Prutech Financial Services Private Limited, by subscribing to a rights issue, it said in a filing on 28 Oct 2026. The company says the funds will support Prutech's plan to diversify into portfolio management services.
What the investment is and why the company gives for it
The Board approved on 28 Oct 2026 an investment of up to ₹6,53,40,000 in Prutech by subscribing to up to 1,80,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, at an issue price of ₹363 per share, including a premium of ₹353 per share. The consideration is cash.
