Rajesh Power Services Limited has told the exchanges that it has received orders from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) for the conversion of 11 kV overhead lines to medium voltage covered conductor and underground network at various locations in Gujarat, under the SI Scheme Robust-III. The disclosure was made on 12 Oct 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
The orders are worth ₹471.92 crore, including taxes, and are to be executed in 18 months. The company describes them as domestic turnkey contracts received in the normal course of business. It says no promoter or promoter group company has an interest in MGVCL and that the orders are not related party transactions.
Inference
The value of ₹471.92 crore includes taxes, so the revenue the company records would be lower. Over 18 months it averages about ₹315 crore a year before removing taxes.
The filing does not say how the orders compare with the company’s existing order book or its annual revenue.
