Paid-up equity share capital fell from ₹272.33 million to ₹262.33 million as a result.

    Inference

The filing reports that the board approved the standalone results on 4 Nov 2026 and that the auditor issued a limited review report with no matters reported. It records a completed buyback of 10,000,000 shares, which reduced paid-up equity share capital by ₹10.00 million, and a Labour Codes exceptional item of ₹12.41 million in the year ended 31 Mar 2026.

The filing does not state whether a dividend is proposed or declared, how the buyback was funded beyond the cash flow line, or the reason for the deferred tax credit in the quarter.
