Inference
After the quarter, the company completed its IPO of 1,63,97,393 equity shares at ₹304.93 each, a 100% fresh issue aggregating ₹500 crore, and the shares were listed on NSE and BSE on 5 Oct 2026. As on the date of signing, ₹325 crore of the proceeds was utilised and ₹175 crore remained unutilised, held in bank accounts and fixed deposits.
After the quarter, compulsorily convertible debentures issued to HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund - 3 were converted into 6,341,436 equity shares at ₹342.49 a share, covering ₹150 crore of principal and ₹67.19 crore of accrued interest. The NCLT approved on 28 Jul 2026 a demerger of subsidiaries Evie Real Estate Private Limited and Evie Developers Private Limited, with an appointed date of 1 Apr 2026.
The statutory auditors' limited review reported that nothing had come to their attention that causes them to believe the statement has not disclosed the required information or contains any material misstatement; their conclusion is not modified, and three subsidiaries with revenue of ₹111.40 crore were reviewed by other auditors. The filing gives no reason for the fall in revenue from operations or for the move from a loss in the March quarter to a profit in the June quarter.
