Inference
The board approved the re-appointment of Paresh Dattani as Chairman and Managing Director, Ajaykumar Dattani as Joint Managing Director and Anilkumar Dattani as Executive Director, for five years from 1 Dec 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The filing says the three are promoters of the company and gives the reason as their tenure being near to completion.
The statutory auditor, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, carried out a limited review and reported that nothing has come to its attention that causes it to believe the statements contain a material misstatement. For the consolidated results, another auditor reviewed one subsidiary, whose total assets are ₹8.21 crore.
What lies behind the changes in revenue, profit and tax between the quarters is not stated in the filing.
