Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores appoints G. P. Kundargi as non-executive director

Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores (NSE: SANDUMA) has appointed G. P. Kundargi as an additional director in the non-executive category with effect from 12 Nov 2026, it said in a filing on 03 Nov 2026. The appointment is subject to shareholders' approval through a postal ballot.

The board appointed Kundargi at its 388th meeting on 03 Nov 2026, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is liable to retire by rotation.
