    Inference

The filing says the company has applied to the NCLT Mumbai Bench for a scheme of amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary Savita Greentec Limited. The filing does not give the timetable or the effect of the proposed amalgamation, and it does not give the reason for the fall in standalone other income in the quarter.

The statutory auditor G D Apte & Co carried out a limited review of both sets of results and reported nothing to indicate a material misstatement.
